- 2 cups heavy cream
- ½ cup skim milk
- ½ cup half-and-half
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1-2 teaspoon vanilla
1. Mix all together in large bowl to dissolve sugar.
2. Start ice cream machine and begin spinning.
3. Add mixture, mix about 20-30 minutes, or until set.
4. Freeze and serve (can serve then as a "soft serve" ice cream, or set 2 hours or more for regular hardness).
**if desired, add mixins for the last 5 minutes of mixing**
