- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4 ounces can chopped green chiles, drained
- 4+ ounces diced jalapeno peppers, drained
- 1 cup parmesan, grated
1. Stir together cream cheese and mayo in large bowl until smooth.
2. Stir in chiles and jalapenos.
3. Pour mixture into a microwave safe dish, sprinkle with Parmesan
4 Microwave on high until hot, about 3 minutes, or bake until golden at 375 for about 30 minutes
5. Serve with bread chunks, crackers, tortilla chips, or scoops
