- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 3 ½ cups powdered sugar
- ¼ teaspoon peppermint oil
- ¼ teaspoon almond extract
- 2 or 3 drops food coloring
1. Beat cheese and milk until smooth.
2. Add remaining ingredients and beat until well blended.
3. Press small amounts into candy molds. Remove and allow to air dry, 4-6 hours.
