- 1 pizza crust
- 1 bottle bbq sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese,
- ½ cup purple onion, sliced
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
1. Prepare crust as directed.
2. Poach chicken, cool, and pull.
3. Cover chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
4. Spread reserved BBQ sauce on crust to cover.
5. Sprinkle cheese, chicken, and onion.
6. Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
