- 1 pie shell
- 6 cups pared golden delicious apple
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅓ cup butter
- ¾ cup flour
1. Place apples in unbaked pastry shell.
2. Combine 1/2 cup of sugar with cinnamon. Sprinkle over apple.
3. Combine remaining sugar with flour, cube in butter to create crumble.
4. Sprinkle crumb mixture over apples.
5. Bake at 400 for 40 minutes or until tender. Cool.
